MyDU.in is a place for DU students, teachers and everyone associated with Delhi University. Its a place where you can express your views, gather information, network and do whole lot of other stuff. This site is totally yours, you can submit content for every section just at the click of a button. The best way to know MyDU is to explore it, but for those who are short on time, here is a list of all the features of on MyDU.in (Click on the Name to go to the Feature Page) :
1) You can create your personal profile on MyDU and network with friends, leave scraps, join communities, etc. To see your profile, just go to "MyDU Page" link to which is on the top bar and would be visible after you log in. To edit your profile, just go to 'Settings' on the top bar after you log in. You can also edit it from your MyDY page. We'll soon be adding a lot of new features so keep your eyes open.
2) Yellow Pages : Wanna find out anything from grocery to flowers, mobile store to emergency nos., find it here.
3) Events : Whatever is happening in Delhi University, this is the place to find out.
4) Notice Board : Wanna keep updated about various dates and announcements, keep an eye here. If you wanna make an announcement, feel free to submit it here.
6) Know DU : Information about all the colleges, with their addresses, courses, contacts, etc. at your finger tips.
7) DU Clique : Wanna create a gang, or gather people for any activity, this is the place.
8) Little Birdie : Heard a rumour or a gossip, share it with others here.
10) Jobs/Internships : Enough of vellapanti, post your resume and find some work here.
11) Articles : Share your thoughts, opinions, read everyone elses'.
12) News : The name says it all.
13) DU Blog : Write your thoughts, share your thoughts, No censorship, No moderation.
14) Whats Hot : All the latest updates and activities on MyDU.
15) Link Mojo : Share and check out the best stuff from around the web.
16) DU Read : Check out what is DU reading and let the world know about your opinion of a book
17) Reviews : Review mobiles, movies, music, colleges, whatever.
19) The Wise One : Confused about life, ask 'The Wise One', anonymously.
20) Confession Corner : Wanna share something with the world but can't...? Do it here, and yeah anonymously
21) Downloads : Question Papers, Notes, Forms, find everything here...And if you can't find something, don't forget to leave a message in the forum
22) Raise Your Voice : Feel strongly for an issue, feel free to shout it out and let the world know.
23) Reach DU : All ways to reach DU, maps, auto fares, etc.
25) Pool In : Haalat tight, don't sweat, pool in and save some money.
26) Alumni : Networking amongst the alumni and amongs students and alumni of DU will never be the same. This section is still W.I.P., we'll be launching it soon.
You'll get points for submitting anything in any category (Yes, also for writing a reply on the forum), and since there are points, there will be top members and going ahead we'd surely like to reward top members of MyDU. So keep contributing, you never know what you can win.
