Registration of candidates belonging to Physically Chanllenged Category for admission to under-graduate courses will be done in the office of Dean Student's Welfare, University of Delhi - 110007 from 1st June, 2009 to 15th June,2009 between 10.00 A.M. to 2.00 P.M. each day (except Sundays). Registration Forms and Bulletins will be given to them free of cost. Counselors will be present for necessary guidance and volunteers will assist them in filling the Form.
Candidates will be required to undergo Medical examination in the University Health Centre situated in the North Campus. The date and time for the Medical Examination will be up on the notice board at D.S.W. Office. The following documents in original and a set of photocopies thereof are required:
1. 12th Passed Mark Sheet
2. 12th Passed Provisional Certificate
3. 10th Passed Certificate for Date of Birth
4. Disability Certificate from any Government Hospital with more tha 40% Disability
5. 2 Passport size Photographs |
