DSIIDC fleecing SMEs

LG approving (31.12.2009) composition fee for delayed construction @ Rs.10/= per sq. mtr. of Narela Indl. plot upto 4th year after date of execution of lease deed, DSIIDC, notwithstanding their own lapses in ignoring provision of infrastructural facilities as per publicised plans, has vigorously collected @ Rs. 910/= per sq. mtr. thereby throwing every principle of natural justice to dogs ?

Representations to notifying Industries Deptt. or ILMAC have fallen on deaf ears !

L.G.Secretariat, though apprised of the issue, remains waiting for response from the erring DSIIDC since 25.03.2010;

Where could the hapless fleeced Small Enterpreneur go to for such BIG brotherly treatment at the hands of state owned DSIIDC ?
