No Place To Walk

With the reconstruction work for Commonwealth Games going on at North Campus, all spaces to walk have been taken over by 'soon to be' drains (thats what they look like). Why can't they organize the construction work without all the mess?? (Check out the pics below). There is no place to walk left at most of the North Campus and students have to walk on roads always in danger of being hit by the notorious Delhi traffic.

Its understandable that any revamp needs to go through this process, but still things can be done in a more systematic manner making sure that students don't have to suffer so much. I just hope no student meets with even a minor accident coz thats not the price we should be willing to pay for such messed up working.

Photographs are really REAL; But, who cares ? Those who should, are only interested in emptying Public Exchequer in the name of self-created Pride syndromme in the name of CWG-which could not have been thought of to host in the first place for a politically-created inflation prone country of 'have-nots' who are not collective to revolt against the system that only knows how to tranfer public funds to private pockets ??
