I love a girl, but shes loves another guy and that guy is in love with my sister but my sister loves some other guy and that guy loves the girl i love and my girl is confused so what shall i do??

This sounds more like a game of connect the dots! Look, everyone else aside, why don't you tell the girl how you feel? See if you can work it out between the two of you without bringing everyone else into the picture.
