i am a student of venkateshwara college B.Sc chemistry (hons) 1st year..i was not able to pay my 2nd semester examination fees..so i was not allowed to appear for the exams please tell me what would be the consequences for this..for the past one month i am going college back and forth and still dont know what to do..whether i would be given re-admission or ex-student
